Ole-Sereni hotel is going both African and modern in a blend intended to offer Exclusivity and convenience as the hallmark of the 5 star hotel. KCB Group will see through the upgrade in a 1.9 billion deal signed with Placid View Properties Limited, owners of the Ole-Sereni.
The deal is part of the KCB’s Asset Based Financing portfolio that supports structured partnerships geared towards according our customers greater efficiency and satisfaction. KCB believes strategic collaborations with various industry players will enhance the provision of services to their clientele. This partnership also cements their resolve of being a world class provider of financial services to advance the development of various projects.
The destination is situated on the busy Mombasa Road overlooking the Nairobi National Park where visitors are able to have breathtaking views of the park when at the facility. The hotel is known for its earthy look decorated in the typical style of a safari lodge, including bright colors, wooden details and artwork in raw materials merged with the modern feel with rooms equipped with wall-mounted flat-screen TVs, and free Wi-Fi.
The new development features finishes and impeccable design that will translate the venue to a Grand Hall able to host up to a sit down event for 800 people or entertain up to 1000 guests. The hotel will Offer 154 rooms which will be a combination of guest rooms and service apartments, An ‘All day Dining’ restaurant and an ethnic restaurant offering middle-eastern cuisine. This development will surely be a show- stopper and a one-stop hospitality destination for the business traveler.
