Insurance brokerage firm, Minet Kenya has been voted the overall Best Insurance Broker of the year, 2020, during the Think Business’ Virtual Insurance awards.
The firm was also recognized as the best Medical broker of the year, best Insurance Broker in Customer Satisfaction, Best broker in technology application, the Most Customer-centric Broker, as well as the General Broker of the year.
Minet was specifically recognized for its outstanding insurance brokerage, leading in innovation, financial stability, and growth. Additionally, the award focused on a firm’s ability to showcase excellent customer service as well as having the ability to positively contribute to the overall growth of the industry.
