Accompanying him were Mr. Alkesh Rajput who serves as the International Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Luay Hassan who serves as the International Chief Executive Officer, and several other key stakeholders from within the Group. Their presence demonstrated the level of attention that the Group places on its African operations, which continue to grow in both scope and ambition.
The visit follows the successful establishment of Reportage offices in Nigeria, Kenya, Rwanda, and Uganda, which reflects a sustained commitment to building long-term presence in markets that show increasing demand for modern, well-structured real estate developments. By bringing teams closer to the communities they serve, this expansion also positions the Group to respond more efficiently to regional needs.
During the engagement, the leadership team met with the Kenya staff to review ongoing operations, discuss regional strategies, and outline the next phase of expansion. With Kenya preparing for the launch of more projects that are expected to support the country’s growing need for quality housing and commercial properties, the meetings allowed staff to share progress, challenges, and opportunities that will guide the next cycle of development.
“Africa represents an exciting frontier for our brand, full of potential, talent, and opportunity,” said Mr. Andrea Nucera, who explained that the continent remains central to the Group’s long-term growth plans because of the energy and ambition shaping its urban centres, and he affirmed that the company intends to invest in projects that match both global standards and local aspirations while supporting national development priorities.
The visit reaffirmed Reportage Group’s vision of delivering high-quality and sustainable real estate developments, combining local insights and global standards. Kenya is a key hub for future growth because of our young workforce, strong infrastructure and expanding urban population. These factors aligh with the Group’s commitment to develop functional efficient properties that are open to a wide range of buyers.
