realme, the world’s fastest-growing smartphone brand, has officially launched a new Image sensor powered smartphone– its first model in Kenya to have a resolution of 108MP.

realme 9(4G) takes the auto-focusing game in Kenya to the next level with its 108MP ProLight Camera powered by Samsung ISOCELL HM6 image sensor-  a super wide lens and a macro lens, promising more accurate colours and a faster focus lock experience.

The premium imaging experience of the realme builds on continuous upgrade from realme 5 Pro-one of the first mid-range smartphones to feature a 48MP camera, and realme 8 among the few smartphones to feature a 64MP camera.

“The realme number series is the most popular with young people in this and other markets around the world because it provides a premium imaging experience that exceeds expectations from beginning to end. As we unveil this incredible model, we anticipate a positive response in the region,” said Mildred Agoya, PR and Marketing Manager realme Kenya.

Samsung ISOCELL HM6 leverages on the latest NonaPixel Plus technology, upgraded from the traditional 3Sum-3Avg solution to an unprecedented 9Sum readout solution, brings superb brightness to photos taken by realme 9. In practice, the 9Sum Pixel Binning solution from NonaPixel Plus technology improves the overall light intake by 123% compared to the Samsung ISOCELL HM2 image sensor.

Unlike the traditional 3-average technology of HM2, this technology truly combines 9 pixels into one. Due to the 100% pixels equipped with PDAF, the focus accuracy of HM6 is 9 times higher than HM2. Bringing you a fast-focusing experience can make it easier to take clear and good-looking photos.

“Moreover, after the actual photo comparison, realme finds that the low-light photo shot on realme 9 is significantly brighter with better color reproduction, making it a must have for growing popularity of street photography,” said Mildred Agoya.

realme9 also is the first phone in the market with an exterior made through world’s first ripple holographic design solution, a leveled up trendy design building on innovations from realme 8 Pro’s fluorescent design to 9 Pro’s Light Shift design.

In addition to the realme 9(4G), realme also introduced the realme C35, an addition to the realme C series family in the region.

The realme C 35, also commonly known as the most stylish and beautiful phone in different regions, comes with a five pioneer features – an 8.1mm ultra-slim dynamic glowing design, a flagship-level 50MP camera, 6.6” FHD Fullscreen, 5000mAh massive battery, and TÜV Rheinland High Reliability Certification.
